My car was presented to me with a completely wrong tire rim, and they hoped that I wouldn't catch it and drive off the lot. My car was also giving back to me with more damage from them laying items on top of my hood and gouging out large scratches. My car was not also fully fixed and still requires a side view mirror. The manager said he'd order a new rim and I have been waiting over a week to hear back about when the new rim is going to be delivered and when they are going to fix the rest of the items on my car. I was trying to wait to do the survey until I heard back from them; however the site had put me under a time limit for a review and this is where we stand.
