Caliber gave me great service at a reasonable price. I bought up a small issue when I picked up my Buick and it was corrected completely in minutes. Their workers are friendly and upfront! You don’t find service like that today!

The customer service here was amazing, they were very attentive to our needs and made sure for a fact 100% that our vehicle was in amazing working condition before they gave it back, I don't have anything bad to say about this place at all, I commend everyone working and am extremely pleased with the outcome, they didn't have the truck as long as I thought they would and it honestly feels like new.

Only problem was with the ''text updates",, it all looked like the original pictures, never showed any progress. Other than that everything went great,, my car looks better than before the accident!!

He kept me in the loop with texts, answered all my questions, reviewed my finished car with me and even gave me friendly support when so told him of a personal family issue I was going through during my repair period.
