First time I have ever been in an accident, I have a 2003 Toyota Camry in great shape, and Caliber was so helpful from start to finish, the text updates are such a great help. The staff walked me through the process, made me feel at ease. Sheffield went above and beyond for my Moms car, her first accident (someone ran a red light) she is 84 was upset and loves her 2003 Toyota Camry. The tone set from the first person spoke with at front desk on first call to the manager explaining slowly clearly the process to the following days update communicating thru the process was organized. This attitude of actually caring about their work influenced the quality teamwork reflected in the repair of the car. Their skill as collision repair technicians n painters transformed the car to look like never been in a accident. It was assuring to know communication was direct to the car insurance for their payment. It was very helpful they coordinated the car rental service coming to their facility. They advocate for the customer. We will recommend anyone who needs car collision repair or if need new paint work on their car to look like new to trust the care of Caliber Collision.
