Promising work and not following through is shady. Even if the employee volunteered to do it for free. Why did he volunteer to do it for free? Why did he not follow through? What was he trying to cover up when he promised the free work?

One of the employees said he would work on a dent free of charge, he was trying to smooth over a disagreement we had, and he never followed through. The dent is still there, he was just making empty promises to appease me.

The entire staff was friendly. The dented door was replaced. The interior and exterior of the vehicle was left cleaner than when it was dropped off. I was notified of the progress throughout.

Extremely dissatisfied. My car was not repaired like it should have been. Anne and staff were very dishonest to me on multiple occasions. Communication was non existent until I called multiple times. My car still makes noise while driving due to accident and they refuse to fix the damage that occurred during the accident and were paid to fix.
