My Experience

The suv is now very “bouncy”. The ride is very uncomfortable. It feels like there are no shock absorbers or struts. Were the struts on the front of the car checked? That’s where the damage was. The Telluride doesn’t drive at all the way it did before it was damaged.

Caliber did a great job with my daughters’s car. You can even tell there was damaged and the paint job was excellent. Repair took as long as estimated. Highly recommend using Cailber for auto damage repair.

The car repair was well done and the car was returned cleaner in the inside and outside than when I brought it in - thanks! Employees were professional and personable as well. Repair was done in a timely fashion and I was updated several times about progress-a first in my previous experiences. The only thing I did not understand was the “Unk” at front of our community title.
