I didn't like the initial attitude. I think they should have been more up upfront with lwhat to do with all the damages at one time.

When I brought the car in to be repaired, I spotted an area that neither I or the adjuster had seen before in the initial assessment. When I pointed it out, he said it would have to be noted on nother claim, as if it were not related. I thought that was related because I had not seen it before. The adjuster made no attempt to remedy the situation at the time. It was only after the car was being repaired that I further inquired about the damaged adjacent area. I questioned why the offer to address the additional damaged area wasn't noted or repaired. The adjuster looked at it, and determined it was from a prior accident that I was unaware of be what had happened.
