Only reason it’s not a 10 is because my ac makes noise now and the damage was in the rear. So I have no idea how something got stuck in my front ac shutter

It’s only been a few hours but we feel confident that the car was taken very good care of. I sensed that the guy(s) I talked to took a lot of pride in doing a great job on our car and were excited to get it done very efficiently and far quicker than anticipated! Thanks for treating me so nicely when I’d been through such an ordeal with the hit and run! The only complaint is your crowded parking lot was hard to maneuver in when my car was dropped off (two tow trucks and a delivery truck backing and turning etc in addition to all the cars).
