After a scary experience, I really appreciated how easily and quickly I was cared for with both Geico and Caliber. Rob kept me updated every step of the way and he did a very thorough and professional job - ensuring everything was perfect before my car was returned. I felt like he had my best interests in mind at all times. It gave me peace of mind. I also appreciated how easy the pickup process was once everything was complete. Thank you very much!
