Since the first call I got from them to picking up my car when it was ready, was awesome. They have excellent customer service. My first time being in a car accident. I was a bit nervous for the process coming. When I started talking to them all my fears went away. Cynthia explained with details and texted me along the way too. I just have to say thanks to whole team and my Traverse looks brand new. There Excellent in every way 👏.

Cynthia was SUPER great from start to finish with all aspects of my repair. The text notifications were great and kept me in the loop on all aspects of my repair. Dalin was super kind when dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I got to meet Elmer, the manager, through my repair process and he was super kind and further explained all aspects of the repair process. What a total top notch operation. Literally, I haven’t had this great of service in many years. Cynthia addressed all my concerns at my drop off and made me feel 100% confident of her and the shops ability. Couldn’t say enough great things about the team at this facility. Thanks Team Caliber. Ps. In all fairness the team behind the scene, doing the repairs, deserve a huge round of applause as well.

I returned to Caliber because of the incredible service I previously received from Elmer. This time, Eulises took great care of me and kept me updated every step of the way. The office staff was also incredibly kind and responsive. There’s never a good reason to need collision repairs, but the care this team provides makes the experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. I’m truly grateful for the entire Caliber Collision Signal Hill team. They are kind, diligent, and committed to making sure the work is done right.
