Cynthia was SUPER great from start to finish with all aspects of my repair. The text notifications were great and kept me in the loop on all aspects of my repair. Dalin was super kind when dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I got to meet Elmer, the manager, through my repair process and he was super kind and further explained all aspects of the repair process. What a total top notch operation. Literally, I haven’t had this great of service in many years. Cynthia addressed all my concerns at my drop off and made me feel 100% confident of her and the shops ability. Couldn’t say enough great things about the team at this facility. Thanks Team Caliber. Ps. In all fairness the team behind the scene, doing the repairs, deserve a huge round of applause as well.

I will definitely caution them to state their expectations at the time of drop off to avoid all the rework and wasted time.

Although the road to this repair was bumpy, the Estimator and GM (Ulises and Elmer, respectively) did work to make everything right and to my satisfaction. Ultimately, I am very pleased with the results and will return should it be necessary in the future.

The only reason this is not a 10 is because at drop-off, I was not acknowledged, at all, for approximately 10-15 mins., even though the person working the desk walked right past me as I walked in the door! Not so much as a hello, or I'll be right with you, NOTHING!
