My Experience

Overall, great and quick experience with this location! Dalin and Elmer along with Cynthia has been such a great help with this and being great communicating with everything! Big thanks to Kristina from the AAA Adjuster with making this process smooth as well. So, nothing to complain about! Funny note, my headlights look so odd since one is brand new and the other looks old! LOL!

The car repairs look great, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. Cynthia was amazing throughout the entire process. She consistently kept me updated, was always friendly and accommodating, and made it easy for me to stop by when I needed to pick up items from my vehicle. Daylen was also wonderful. She always greeted me with a smile and made both the drop-off and pickup process smooth and stress-free. She handled the paperwork efficiently and made everything feel effortless. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from both Cynthia and Daylen, as well as the quality of the repairs. Great experience from start to finish!

Great place to take your vehicle in. Very easy to deal with and helpful. They kept me updated on my vehicle status constantly. My advisor Ulises was great very knowledgeable , helpful and professional with the way he handled my vehicle's claim. Overall the entire staff was awesome as well.
