Drop off process was efficient. Service advisor was friendly and explained the claims process. Caliber sent several messages keeping me informed of my repair status. When my car was ready, the Service Advisor came to my home and was very friendly and professional. All parties involved made a stressful situation manageable with kind staff and ample communication .
