Although there was some confusion as to the deductible being waived, they did a great job helping me resolve it, and I appreciate all of the work they did. The repairs from what I can tell so far are a really solid job

Caliber Collision in signal hill went above and beyond for my repair. Cynthia at the front desk was super helpful and walked me through the entire process without any complications. She made sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions. The manager Elmer also greeted me when I dropped off my car for repairs and assured me that he will make sure the car will be taken car of. This has been by far the best customer service experience I've had with a repair shop thanks to the employees that work here. It shows that they love their job and are dedicated to give their 110% to full fill great customer experience

Cynthia was excellent. The only thing I would say is when I got there for my 1 o’clock appointment a previous customer came five minutes after I got there and wanted to talk to her which made her run late for my appointment. I think it would’ve been courteous either to tell me that she was gonna run a few minutes late or tell him to wait because I got there at my appointment time. He did not have an appointment. He just had a concern or question.

Dalin is such a girls girl. I appreciate how welcome she made me feel. She made sure I was aware of potential costs/timelines while I was on the phone. She gave me accurate ranges of time I could expect my car to be done by as well as ensuring I would be seen in a timely manner by the mechanic giving me the quote. She made me feel welcome before I even stepped foot on the lot. I called a few places, but she is ultimately what made me choose this location. The mechanics were also swift in the repairs! What was quoted to be a 5 day job was definitely not that, I was able to pick up my car the next day! I was informed about what was happening every step of the journey via text. I appreciate the communication!
