I never got a quote of all the repair work up until the second to the last day before I received my car. I’m almost at the last minute. I was showing pictures of supposedly the damage to the rim of my tire and a tire and I was told they’re probably would not be able to get the tire installed and delivered back by 21 December, I was also told by my insurance company That they would not cover a rental car past the 21st so I basically took matters into my own hands and filed a complaint with my insurance company. Now I got a phone call from the insurance rep that the car would be ready for the 21st to say the least. I was a little stressed out with the repairs taken 20 days.

I did not like the fact that you recommended caliber in Williamsburg, but they had to send my car to a different city to be repaired the Williamsburg shop is so busy and travelers should give me an option of going to another shop to get a quote and to see if I had a chance to compare quotes to see if I could have made my own choice
