I appreciate the text message notifications sent by Ashley but my completion date changed three times. On each scheduled date I contacted the shop in the late afternoon only to be told there was some complication that would delay things. This created some inconvenience for me since I turned in the rental car based on the promised date. I then had to contact my insurance company to obtain another rental because of delays. I believe Ashley acted on the information she had when it was given. In the future the shop should make a decision on their ability to make the promised date early and inform the customer as early as possible. The car looks great.

Not sure why the appointment was made Friday and then were told no one would look at the vehicle until Monday. That was an unnecessary additional 3 days for the rental vehicle. I’m glad the insurance company was covering that or I’d be a little upset.

Had to pay another repair shop to adjust the headlights. Other than that I was very happy with the service I received. I would recommend that the shop either get a headlight machine or take the vehicle elsewhere so the customer doesn't have to .
