Kelly R was amazing at keeping us updated. Our vehicle manufacturer was back ordered on the last part that we needed so our car sat for 2 months, no fault of Caliber. Kelly used all resources and was continuously looking to see if the part could be found by other means. This is impressive because she could have just waited for the part. She went above and beyond constantly calling the dealer to ensure that when the part shipment arrived, our car would have priority to receive it. Caliber received the part just at closing time and the technicians stayed and put it on right then, instead of waiting till the next day, so we could get our car back ASAP. Kelly R and her team are a class act that provides quality service and A+ customer service.

Repairs were done well and completed ahead of schedule, which was very much appreciated. I was kept informed through the entire process via text and phone calls. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Overall a pleasant experience. If anyone else runs into my car I wouldn't have an issue bringing it back to be worked on here again. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, excellent professionalism. I was made aware of all progress in a timely manner. Any and all issues were communicated. This was a seamless process.
