I recommended caliber because the one in Newport News is always fast and efficient however after this I will never use them again due to the rudeness and inconvenience from Smithfield.

There was one gentleman that was very professional and nice but the other staff were rude especially upon picking up. The lady at the counter was very rude to my mother and grandmother who picked up the vehicle.

Our estimator was fabulous. The front desk person seemed a bit distracted and was going through the motions when checking me in. Seemed a bit impatient.

Very professional staff and the paint job looks great. Waiting to replace the 4x4 decal as the one installed had too many bubbles. I expect they will complete that quickly and well soon.

The first estimated costs of repairs was obviously too low first if all. The 3 delays in getting our vehicle back were unacceptable and caused us to make several complicated changes to our schedule. However, the repairs are excellent. I am not allowing my husband to drive it anymore!
