Excellent customer service. They were very kind, detailed with the inspection, and answered every question. Car repair were don’t quickly and the outcome was amazing. They did a wonderful job. Hollie and Ciara kept me informed and both of them treated me and my wife with the utmost respect. I felt like they know there work and Caliber Collision Center has two great and well knowledgeable people in Ciara and Hollie. I would highly recommend these two and Caliber to all my family and friends.

I truly appreciated how I was greeted and the whole processed was explained to me and showed to me. And since my car couldn't be serviced in a timely fashion at the Williamsburg location they sent it to Smithfield. I was received updates daily.
