My car was damaged after I struck a guard rail while avoiding a major car accident. As a State Farm customer, they referred me to Caliber, who told me to bring my car in the following day. From that point forward, they took care of everything! I was contacted every other day on their progress; they treated my baby (I mean my car) as if she was a patient in their hospital. To my surprise, I received my repaired vehicle over two weeks earlier than they promised, shiny and fully restored! i am grateful to everyone at Caliber Collison in Smithfield and they deserve my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.
