Everyone I encountered at Caliber was professional, friendly and courteous. I liked the text message updates and I never had to call for any information or updates. My truck looks great. I really appreciated that it was washed and vacuumed as well. That was a nice touch. A+ for customer service all around!

While the shop was recommended to me by a friend who would also had to return his car for corrective repairs he too couldn’t believe the experience I went through and how long it took

Picked up car after 4 weeks only to have to return car for 3 more weeks to correct issues from initial repairs. Was told it should take 2 days. Initial repair work preformed by Sfd Auto, work completed by Caliber

When you inspect the corrective work and give an estimate on how long it will take the customer expectation is for the work to completed on time and this work to be a priority. Only to be told the issue is with an outside contractor but to find out you were also waiting on parts(new parts) after you had just completed the original work just weeks earlier. The car had to be disassembled and new parts installed before outside contractor could preform his job.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Caliber Collision located in Smithfield Va. Everyone was very nice to me there and I felt my vehicle was safe in their hands. I got updates by text almost everyday. They did an awesome job. My car looks beautiful. Eric and Alan were the best. I will be recommending this excellent shop to everyone I know. Thank you.
