Took them twice to try and fix my door noise and the noise is still here , and I got my car back with an oil leak and missing paint on trunk of car .

Everyone there was very knowledgeable and kind. When I would call in I was greeted pleasantly by Sean quickly and professionally. Mike was my main contact and was so understanding and helpful. They were able to get my van repaired in a reasonable amount of time and helped deal with insurance. Thank you all you really made my accident almost like it didn't happen. Hopefully, I won't ever have to use any body shop again, but if I do, Caliber will be my first stop. Again, thank you!

Technicians were courteous and efficient. Communication allowed us to understand the process and frequent updates kept us informed of progress. They answered questions satisfactorily. They finished the job sooner than expected. The original estimate was fair for the repairs needed. They were understanding when it was discovered that an area that needed to be addressed was excluded from original estimate. The technician addressed our concerns and the area was successfully repaired and covered under insurance. Caliber is a top notch company that performed a top notch repair in a timely fashion! Customer service was excellent! They placed the vehicle in bright open area to inspect before we finished the process. They politely fixed the only slight flaw quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Caliber Collision!
