My car was at the location about a month a month and a half. Took in on 08/13....heard from them on 09/03 stating the car would be ready on 09/20...also stated that they hadn't started on it because of "a lots of accidents over the holiday"...the car wasn't ready until 09/28...I found tape mark on it in the AM...we picked it up in the PM.
