I was very appreciative of the constant communication and updates on my vehicles progress. The work that was done was way beyond my expectations. My experience with Caliber was amazing. The communication was great and they got me in next day. Because my car was “driveable”, the first shop my insurance company referred me to couldn’t get me in for close to a month. It was ready right on time. I hope I won’t be back, but I know where I will go if I need body work again.
