There needs to be more communication in the beginning. I never got a copy of the estimate. After the fact my engine light came I within 2 hours of picking up my car. When I brought it back I was told they had scanned it and no codes showed up. When they scanned it after I brought it back it showed stored codes of multiple misfires. I never had an issue with my vehicle before and the engine light was not on. I find it difficult to believe that if it was scanned prior to engine light being on and nothing showed up then how can I be told now it has stored codes. I feel as if I’m being blown off. The fact is people were under my hood working on my car and could have easily disconnected a wire or something that did not get fixed. I think it should be repaired fully before I receive it back.
