I google a repair shop near me and Caliber Collision pop up and I click on direction and I knew right where it was. So location was one of the reasons. Two when I called Shaun, front desk receptionist answer his voice was so pleasant and warm and knowledgeable I knew this was the right repair I wanted. Three Tyler the Technician kept me informed from the beginning of disassemble my vehicle to ordering parts to reassemble the vehicle to the upmost perfection of finalizing the repair. They have great service and my car was finished in a timely manner. My sensor was repaired but just one time when I backed up it didn't beep. I'm pretty sure it's probably because I'm just now using it but that's the only reason why I'm giving a 9.
