The process of getting our car in and out of Caliber was quick and easy. It was our first time having damages to a vehicle and did not know where to go. Fortunately Caliber was nearby with Enterprise Car Rental next door. We called to schedule an appointment, dropped off our car and in a week it was ready for pick up. Shout out to Jeremy for communicating with us throughout the entire time! It was nice having text notifications about the status and where they were with the process. We definitely recommend using Caliber!

The work was done quickly and looks nearly like nothing ever happened. I don't know if its possible to be 100% as good as new, but there seems to be some air leakage in the door seal when driving over 45 mph.
