Brian Klein is extremely good at what he does. See my comments regarding Brian I submitted on a survey I recently, top notch service advisor. The Ford had a paint exchange on the passenger side pretty much the whole length of the car. The technician that did the repair did an awesome job. When I picked up the car I was stunned by the car’s appearance. It’s an 11 year old car with the normal wear and tear of a car that’s been out there doing its job. The car looked like it was just off the showroom floor at Bickford years ago. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of the work the technician performed. The attention to detail and quality of the work are evidence of some who takes great pride in their work. Thanks so much for providing quality people and quality work for your customers
