I received proper instructions on how to prepare my vehicle for drop off. The repair was done while I was on vacation. I received txt message for updates. They worked with me to retrieve my vehicle when I returned. My vehicle looked new and was very clean! The customer service was excellent! I will be returning if I need any additional work done in the future.
