I received proper instructions on how to prepare my vehicle for drop off. The repair was done while I was on vacation. I received txt message for updates. They worked with me to retrieve my vehicle when I returned. My vehicle looked new and was very clean! The customer service was excellent! I will be returning if I need any additional work done in the future.

The people and service at Caliber in Snohomish was fantastic! They did an excellent job, sent me updates along the way and finished in about half the time I expected. They even cleaned my car so it's look like new inside and out which was a wonderful surprise! They worked directly with insurance so I didn't have to worry about anything. Truly a stress free experience. I can't speak highly enough about Jeremy and his team!
