Everyone was friendly and professional. The gal that helped me with the intake of the vehicle and the pickup was thorough and a understood the details of the damage and repair. She also kept me up to date on her own as the automated update system was not completely accurate.

Took much longer than expected. I would recommend that you tell people to plan for two weeks and then if it’s shorter they’ll be much happier. That is what I will do for myself next time to prevent my own angst. I’ll plan for two weeks. The work looks good

I appreciate how well Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle, but I have to say that the level of communication and the frequent updates was amazing. I was never left wondering about my vehicle as they were always on top of communicating with me about the status. The vehicle looks great too!

Will was extremely profession, kind and easy to work with. He went out of his way to make sure I had all my questions answered and helped me get my beloved car back in wonderful condition. It was a very difficult time being rear ended with back injury and loss of car. Working with him at Collision reminded me of how just one person doing their job extremely well can affect many others.
