That I do appreciate the welcoming and fixing my vehicle especially in such a quick manner. I mean there wasn't a long wait at all so very appreciative. As well very stunned but noticed that my car mats and a little bit of my car was cleaned up. So a special thanks to whoever did that and thank you very much for everything that you guys have done. Wow! For an unfortunate accident that wasn’t my fault, this was the most positive experience I’ve had with a car repair! Jeremy kept me updated on the progress via text and I always knew what was going on. They finished my repairs sooner than they quoted and I was able to pick up seamlessly. I’m very happy with the hood repair which was my insurance claim. I was a bit dissappointed with the right rear damage, which I started as a non insurance repair & paid out of pocket. I paid $320 for that repair which does not look like a professional repair at all. I would have only paid $250 for my deductible & would have had a professional looking repair. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough when I brought my car in. If the repair was around my deductible I wanted to pay it out of pocket, but if it was more, I would have preferred to turn the claim in to my insurance company—-it would have cost me less out of pocket & I’d have a better repair. The paint touch up work done is pretty bad, and the rear tail light isn’t aligned very well. In addition, I gave the correct phone number to contact me at least twice…but it appears you never wrote it down. Every text and phone call was sent to my husbands cell phone instead of mine. Not an issue as he just forwarded them to me, but I feel like you didn’t listen.
