David is a great guy with a great personality but he is inconsistent with his updates, communication and lacks accountability. I have been here 2x to fix my vehicle. The 2x I was here David was my adjuster and has been Exuse after Exuse on delay of my repairs, always stating he has a “guy” doing him a favor as if he is doing me a favor. Like I said great personality but I was disappointed in services, I did take my vehicle to get an appraisal as well and they reported multiple damage that needed to be fixed. I will not be back at this location
