There are scratches along the lining of the rear bumper on the passenger side that wasn’t there before the repair work. The representative was standing in front of it when they were showing me the repairs in front of the right rear tire area. I didn’t notice the scratches until I drove my car to work. It looks like the scratches happened when they took the car apart to do the repair work. I’m very disappointed!!

I gotta say that I was completely satisfied and that I’ve dealt with a lot of Auto Body shops before, but this Auto Body shop takes the cake. Marco was very informative to me and kept me up-to-date on the process of fixing my vehicle and upon picking up my vehicle, we went through the shop to my truck and I gotta say that Shop was absolutely clean and everything in order and I was even able to meet Thomas the one that did my repairs in the truck very nice guy and very professional as well as Marco I will be back if I have any of the needs and I will recommend Caliber collision of Al Monte off Tyler.

My experience at caliber collision off Tyler in El Monte was phenomenal and will highly recommend that location, especially. Marco was very informative and kept me in the loop the entire time. My vehicle was at that location being repaired. Upon picking up my vehicle when it was ready, he had to give me paperwork to sign, I happen to look in the back in the The Shop and I had told him well. This shop was very very clean and it looks like you had things in order here. I like this and he told me this guy right here is Thomas. He’s the one that worked on your vehicle and I was able to meet him and tell him he did a great job on my vehicle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very satisfied

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision and truly appreciate the outstanding service provided by Marco and his team. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Marco went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, my car came out looking spectacular. It honestly looked as good as new. On top of that, the team took the extra step of giving my car a detailed wash before returning it, which was a great touch and made the whole experience even better. They also made things incredibly convenient by allowing me to drop off my rental car with them and taking care of the return, which saved me time and hassle. Overall, this was a painless and highly satisfying experience. I’d gladly recommend Caliber Collision and Marco to anyone needing auto body repairs. Great job all around. We appreciate the whole team.

7 out of 10. Car wash is terrible there are spots every where. Big gap between door and body. Wax on the tailgate.
