The repairs for my passenger mirror is unaligned, and my check engine light is flickering on and off.

Riley was the original contact person and representative for the duration of my repairs. There were several times she said that she would “call me back” and she did not. When we first encountered, she made me feel like she was brushing me off. I called caliber collision for Riley to give me information that I was waiting for. Riley proceeded to tell me about other people that she was trying to take care of. All I could think about is how I spoke to her several times about sending me an invoice .
