Not only was the vehicle not done on time, it was not QC properly. There were trim pieces left unfastened and one piece thrown in the trunk. When I inquired I was told bc they didn’t know where it went. (Seriously) just to put it back together properly while I waited.

Undecided, due to the lack of integrity and professionalism I witnessed. I know there is a lifetime warranty but I pray I never have to deal with this shop again!

Cat to be done in a week in a half, two weeks later not done I called. I was told it be done that Thursday. Thursday came and went no call. Had to call Allstate to get involved. My car was also driven an additional 10 miles and located at another shop. I was told it was towed but my Volkswagen app proves differently. (I have proof) a generic tow slip does not prove anything, especially when you can’t detail the miles or mechanical hours required to calibrate a mirror.
