Everyone was very friendly & professional. The possible repair work was explained to me. I was given an expected time frame for repairs & was kept up to date. Being this was the only running vehicle I had I was driven home after I dropped off my car & it was delivered when the repairs were finished. The car looked great when they brought it back, plus it was far ahead of the estimated time frame! Thanks so much!!! 😸

My car was fixed fast & it looked great! The entire staff was very friendly & professional. The damage to the car was gone over with me before & after the repair. Being this was the only drivable vehicle I had, after I dropped it off they drove me home. When my car was done, they delivered it to me! I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs & I don't usually recommend places. P S. Someone almost rear-ended me a week later!!!! 😳

I loved how awesome the communication was! Cyrrah made sure to update me with everything. She had even went above and beyond to offer to stay later than the closing time just so I can get my car. She deserves a big raise! An incentive! Something awesome! But definitely the big raise/promotion!
