Although the repair took longer than expected, Matt did an excellent job communicating the status of the repair. It was great that Caliber covered the excessive car rental cost to minimize the impact of the long repair time on me.

Caliber in South Lyon staff was great--kept me informed of status, drove me home since I didn't have transportation to drop off my car, cared that I needed my car by a certain date and got it done faster than expected and it looked great.

From the time I called to have my car repairs estimated to picking up my car was taken care of in a professional and quick manner. There was good communication the whole time and they were all very helpful and friendly. The South Lyon office/waiting area/front desk area was very clean and inviting. I also loved the seasonal decorations ☺️ They all did an excellent job and I would definitely go back for any future repairs and would highly recommend to others!
