My Experience

I was on the phone with a staff member about picking up my car. I was out of town and preferred to pick up my car next week (which was in 4 days), but the staff member responded “we don’t hold cars for that long in the lot, because we are fully booked. you would need to pick up as soon as possible, I need a response by the end of today” this was an inconvenience for me as I told her I was out of town. I received the option of “or else someone can come in your place and sign paperwork”. But I had no one to do that as my whole family was out of town as well. So I had to make a trip back to get my car. Only to find out that another staff member was like “we don’t get cars here often to get worked on. We could use a lot more work” which is very odd? I couldn’t hold my car at the lot for only four more days?? The pick up piece has to be the worst part of it but as for the service they did an amazing job, the process was very easy. The staff were very helpful and I had an option to be picked up when I dropped off my car which was a plus! Overall it went well, I just think there could be more flexibility when picking up our vehicle.
