Caliber collision was perfect in every way. It was exactly the place that we needed, recommended by our insurance Liberty Mutual. It could not have been any easier. We are about two hours away, as it is our daughter‘s car that needed the work, and she is down in Connecticut at college. So this was very tricky. Caliber made it easy and painless. And they exceeded all expectations regarding completion date. I’ve never worked with a better body shop than this place. Communication, Service, situational awareness (of my daughter’s situation), availability, and of course the work - all exceptional. I would highly recommend caliber collision in Southington, CT.
