Instead of saying depending on how fast we get the parts needed will depend on how fast you will get your car back and on the road. It's better to be upfront about that then having cancel delivery dates 3 times. Other then that my car seems to run fine but time will tell. You guys did a great job, nice and clean on the inside and out and if I should need your services again you will be the one I come to. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

There were several hiccups with my car, where the date I received my car was a week later than it was supposed to be. They did keep in touch with me, but I did have to call them several times to ask them for updates or if the car was going to be ready on the date they projected.

Joe the manager is very professional went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. It was a hassle-free transaction between a rental car and getting the car fixed even earlier than expected. I am very satisfied they're an amazing shop. I would highly recommend them!

The truck came out great and looks original. The facility looks great, so no complaints there. The only complaints we have are the person who works the front desk needs to speak much better English and the person who did the estimate and everything on our car was not very friendly, nor a very good communicator. On the day of pickup, the gentleman who handled that was terrific. Friendly, relatable and trustworthy. Put him in the front working with folks and the other guy out back! Otherwise, I like the way everything was handled with the insurance company, required very little interaction from us and the communication on status of the truck was also good. I know the place recently opened and I think it will do great.
