Body work on bumper looks good a little sloppy on the trim pc connected to bumper. Paint was not good. Left upper side of bumper is rough. Over all painting is poor. Bottom trim pc connected to hatch they did a good job. Paint matched well. People in office were extremely nice, polite and very good at what they do.

This location (Southport, NC) seems to be going through some staffing issues that may have affected the initial repairs and led to me having to return a second time. As mentioned the second time around everything was great.

I did have to return the car as the original repairs had some issues. I worked Desmond (manager) to remedy the situation and he was very professional and great to work with. He had my bumper repairs redone and everything is perfect now.
