Personally, my experience was great. It was a very small and minor easy repair (from and ex insurance adjuster). The shop itself seemed a little unorganized causing the delay. For what it's worth, this shop here has a bad reputation....not my experience though...other than slow.

I haven't had a real chance to inspect the car and it will be gone now for a few days...the only reason for now for a 9. From a VERY cursory look, it looked really good. Shout out to everyone I came into contact with (Brad and receptionist the most) but one other person who called me to advise it was ready and a man who inspected it upon delivery. Great customer service.
