Took my vehicle here after an accident, and when I picked it up, the paint work was horrible. The painter had burned through the clearcoat basecoat and Eco all the way down to bar metal on the door and cleared right over it without fixing it. When I got the car back and let caliber know they said they would take care of it so I dropped it off with them again and the vehicle was returned to me with that issue fixed but now there is a ton of dirt in the paint. It looks like it has been painted outside. I am not satisfied at all and I would recommend everyone find a different shop. They were supposed to contact us to resolve this situation and we only heard from them one time they have ghosted us for the last two weeks.

Tory is the best. She managed the repair very professionally. She showed a genuine caring attitude. She kept us informed about the progress on regular intervals and always took our calls to answer our questions. She’s very knowledgeable about the repairs and process and made a terrible situation manageable.
