I am very impressed with the Eastern Shore location. They kept me informed of the progress routinely. I lost my fiancé today and they were so kind and compassionate and even made arrangements to bring my car to me at the Hospital. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Blake was awesome.....The gentlemen who kept answering my phone calls and checking on the computer for truck progress was really nice. The woman who walked me around my truck and took pics when I dropped it off was very nice. I just wished the businesses where parts came from was more prompt. Or up front .... how long it might be. That way I could have rented a truck and I would have kept up better with my jobs instead of bothering you guys. I guess checking out a vehicle first (when minor repairs) and then have me bring the truck in when the part comes in.

You guys did an amazing job on my Nissan Versa! I’m a repeat customer because I like the professionalism at Caliber. The shop is always clean, technicians are approachable and polite, and I have always been greeted at the door with a smile. There’s honestly nowhere else I would prefer to take my car to be repaired than here in Spanish Fort. Justin did an awesome job in keeping me in the loop about the repair and it’s status. Caliber Collision is an excellent repair shop and Blake Rook, and the entire staffs are an amazing group of people! We brought our truck in for repair and they did an absolutely beautiful job! We drove an hour away from Florida and were extremely pleased with the result. In the future, we will bring any other vehicle needing repair to Caliber Collision.
