I was assisted by Blake and a woman at the desk who was very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was great! Blake on the other made sure I was constantly kept in the loop regarding my car's repair. The work took less time than was expected and left a lasting impression on how much of an asset he is to ensuring customer satisfaction. I did not interact with anyone else during my time there, but their prsentation and willingness to assist makes me think the rest of the company mirrors their same behavior. Thank you for the oustanding work, and I look forward to spreading the good word about Caliber Collision!

Blake was super personable and very helpful! He went above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them and they did not disappoint. Our experience w/ this establishment was HONESTLY one of the GREATEST!!! With TREMENDOUS confidence in the gentleman named Blake, whom presented nothing but TRUE PROFESSIONALISM from the beginning to end. He should be honestly employee of the year!! Communication is the “key” of any customer satisfaction and he went above and beyond. Also would like to bring attention to ALL employees at the particular establishment, it truly was a great experience from the receptionist to getting introduce to the body shop employees. Truck was returned with 4 wheel drive. Cruise control not working. ABS light will not go off. (We were told it should go off after a couple of days driving, it’s still on). Traction control will not turn off. Driver side running board is damaged from the accident was not replaced when the truck was returned to us.waiting on Caliber to let us know when they get it in. A plastic piece behind the driver side rear tire was damaged in the accident. Waiting on caliber to let in know when it comes in. Scratch on the rear driver door was not there before the accident. Theses items should have been fixed before returning the vehicle to us. Poor quality control on Caliber Collisions side.
