The manager was extremely difficult to work with and valued being right more than providing customer service. Instead of admitting that the job wasn’t properly done the first time, she’d rather debate what was done correctly instead of acknowledging what wasn’t correct. She then proceeds to advise the insurance company that she advised me that my vehicle was complete and she didn’t so I unnecessarily rented a vehicle for an additional week and was forced to pay out of pocket due to her lack of communication.
