I had to use Caliber once before and they did great. Even more of a plus, Caliber is a direct repair shop with State Farm - making the claim process worry-free. If I need a body shop in the future or hear of someone who does, Caliber definitely has my business and recommendation.

Body panels are not lined up and there is some drips in the paint on edges. This is the third time I’ve come to the shop with a vehicle and had problems picking it up as far as it being repaired properly.

My car is not repaired properly. I told that to and they said that they would handle it and contact me back at the beginning of the week and I have not heard a thing from the body shop so very unhappy with this body shop. This is the third time I’ve gotten a car back from them and had problems. The body panel is not straight on the car and there’s runs in the paint or drips.

Everyone was super nice and ready to help. When I came in, they had not been notified that I was dropping off. They still took great care of me and made sure to work it out for me. When I picked my car up, it was in better shape then when I dropped it off. Thank y’all so much!

We ran into multiple issues with added damage to the car from someone else there in the shop. Ultimately, they were fixed, but it was a nightmare to get it completed. The front office girl stopped following up with us after the inside door panel and window tint were damaged. These two things were damaged during the repair of a different issue we had that was damaged by someone there who also worked on the car. They take pictures of the vehicles they get in before they start work so once she checked them and saw the damage wasn’t already there, she ordered the parts we needed they had to fix from their mishaps. I was really close to contacting the BBB after this last round. It took several months. We would call and someone else would tell us she would call back. She never did. Absolute nightmare. Do not recommend.
