Everyone was especially nice. I didn’t have a ride home after I brought my car in but an employee took me home. My car was fixed and was detailed. I was very pleased and will be back if i need something else done. Will give them a good recommendation. Thanks.

I used the shop on Springhill Ave, in Mobile previously and they did a good job. Decided to give this shop a chance since it was close to where I live. Regretting that decision.

Car is still not fixed. Supposed to be calling me back. Accident happened on January 20, 2026. Caliber has had my vehicle since a few days after my accident. This is ridiculous.
