The repairs look great but it took over 6 weeks. I was told that it would be about 3. They kept finding more damage or issues weekly.

The representative that assisted on my day of drop was was great. I let her know I had another appointment I was trying to get to and she was very efficient with everything to ensure I got out in a timely manner. Geneva was very friendly, approachable and explained everything as we went along.

Caliber did a very good job on my repairs, I guess my only concern was, having to come back to get my coolant recharged, and when I went to wash my car I noticed the left mud guard on my car was not screwed I’m all the way, other than that……. Good job!!!!

Absolutely everyone was pleasant, professional and responsive to any questions and call backs were prompt. My only criticism would be I was promised routine Wednesday updates which did not happen.
