Absolutely everyone was pleasant, professional and responsive to any questions and call backs were prompt. My only criticism would be I was promised routine Wednesday updates which did not happen.

Honestly I was hesitant to come back to caliber due to my last experience with the Spanish springs shop. However I figured I would try the sparks shop and see if it was different. Let me tell you, it was 100% better. Geneva was amazing, she communicated every step of the way, and gave me realistic time estimates and notified me of any changes in schedule. Amber was also very helpful. My insurance was awful this time around and she was very patient and understanding . I’m also active duty in the military and I was having a hard time getting to and from work due to my truck being in the shop and to make it worse my insurance was not paying. Amber advocated for me all the way up to regional so that I was able to fight with insurance later, pay my deductible and take my truck.Overall great experience, and God forbid I ever or anybody I know needs a body shop, I will know where to go. Thank you again everyone at Caliber for your hard-work and amazing customer service.

Because they had to do the job twice.

The job ended up being right but they had to do it twice to get there. For some reason they left a small hole unprepared in the bumper. I pointed it out and they took care of it right away. Geneva, our service adviser did a very good job of keeping us informed on the progress of the work.

I appreciate the work done on my car by this Caliber Collision on 2201 Glendale Ave in Sparks. I have to use the address because there over 4 of them. I believe they’ll offer the same service but the team on Glendale is a cut above the rest. From the customer service personnel at the front desk to Paul, Paul walked me through everything and gave me a vivid understanding of what will be taking place and even gave different insights on things I needed to get done. After 5 days of working on the vehicle, when I arrived to retrieve the vehicle it was unrecognizable, from a car wash that seems like a detail to the area that was damaged looks completely brand new. I was so delighted, happy I made the right decision taking my vehicle to this location. Thanks to Paul and the team for doing such a fantastic job. Without hesitation I recommend these guys.💯
