This was the worse I have ever seen. I get a call saying my car is ready at 4:30pm and they close at 5. I could not make it in a half hour. Point here is my car was finished that day. I come in the next afternoon to get my car. I just wanted to get home. When I got home I looked in the back seat to find a disaster of a mess. My whole back seat was full of dust. The back hatch was completely a mess. I keep my car really clean so this was a shock! Horrible it was like my car just came from a construction site with all my doors open. I called when I got home to be put on hold forever. Then someone calls me back not acting surprised or didn’t even acted like she cared she was like well just come in and we will clean it. When? It was already inconvenient to get re ended and deal with my car in the shop but at least I had a rental. I was going on vacation for a week. Came home and now have to drive to California in my disaster of a car. Your hours are the same as my hours to work. I have maybe 45 minutes from after work till you close she was like it will only take 30-60 minutes. That would be insane unless you had a big team to detail my car. I have already spent and hour on it myself and no where near as clean as it was when I came in!! I will never take my car here ever again. I don’t care if it is the preferred for the car insurance. I don’t care about the warranty. I take such good care of my car and you guys gave it back to me destroyed. I have never left a bad review or survey in my life. And don’t worry I will also be doing a review. I have pictures of how bad my car was.

Great experience, personnel were professional and courteous. Quality workmanship. Inside of truck had a lot of dust from the work when I picked it up but as soon as I said something, it was taken back to detail the interior. I’ll be back if ever in need, thanks
